Private (and semi-private) lessons are a great way to dive deeper into your practice with specific, personalized instruction. Available for general instruction (alignment, philosophy, etc.) or therapeutic yoga for trauma/resilience, anxiety, and depression.
Mat or Chair Yoga for Your Team
Treat your team to recurring or one-time yoga classes in-person or digitally. Classes will meet your team where they are, develop skills for stress and tech posture, and incorporate individual goals.
